Requirements

* Professionally qualified architectural designers with substantial experience.
* Project Architect experience including design and project management.
* Proficient in the use of software packages i.e. AutoCAD, Micro station, 3D packages.
* Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products.
* Effective time management as you may be allocated to multiple projects.
* Experience working on large multi-disciplined projects, from conception to completion.
* Commercial awareness and a flexible attitude to both the type of work undertaken, and the level of responsibility accepted

Responsibilities

o Produce architectural illustration and/or work with other designers in the office to develop designs produced by others.
o Work with minimum guidance, making recommendations on the approach to be followed.
o With our assistance manage your continued professional development and keep abreast of current standards and regulations.
o Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline.
o Effectively manage own time which may if necessary be allocated to more than one project.
o Work within a business management framework to assure constancy of quality.
o Manual architectural perspective sketching
o Photomontage and compositing
o Sketch up
o Photoshop
o Rendering with Pen and Ink

* Ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments to build rapport with customers
* Experience of using written and spoken English within a business environment
* The position is to be based in Bangalore
