E-call letter :
1. Immediately on downloading the e-call letter, the candidate should check it very carefully and bring it to the notice of the WBHRB, if any, without loss of time. He/ She must read carefully the instructions mentioned therein. He/ She must bring e-call letter. He/ She shall also bring the originals and 2 copy of Xerox of all documents, as mentioned in Call letter.

2. Mobile Phone, Pager, Laptop, Scanner, Camera etc. are not allowed at the aforesaid Venue for interview.

GENERAL :
The candidates must note that his /her admission to the interview is strictly “provisional“. The mere fact that an e-call letter has been issued to him /her does not imply that the candidature has been finally cleared by the Board or that the entries made by the candidate in his/ her application have been accepted by the Board as true and correct. The candidate must note that the Board will take up verification of the eligibility conditions with reference to original documents before the interview.

The candidates must also note that if subsequent to the issue of e-call letter, ineligibility is detected at any stage before or after the interview or if the conditions prescribed in the rules and instructions given in the advertisement or any other additional information/ documents called for at any stage are not complied with within the time specified therein, the candidature would be rejected.
