Aakash National Talent Hunt Exam 2014 :
In sync with its vision to become a preeminent educational group that works towards the overall advancement of the society by enabling the brightest minds of the country to achieve what they desire and deserve to, Aakash is conducting Aakash National Talent Hunt Exam (ANTHE) 2014. In the fifth year of its existence, this examination aims to enable the most deserving students to get to their goal of becoming engineers or doctors by providing them with free coaching*. ANTHE 2014 will select 1000 students (500 top ranking for Engineering Stream and 500 top ranking for Medical Stream) from class X to give them this once in a lifetime opportunity. These students will get free coaching from Aakash worth 19 crores. The examination will be held at various centres spread across the country.

Timings: 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
Result Declaration Date: 8th December, 2014 (Monday)

Chemistry:Chemical Reactions, Mole Concepts, Acids, Bases & Salts, Atomic Structure, Carbon & its Compounds
Biology :Plant Physiology - Photosynthesis, Respiration, Basics of Control & Coordination (Nervous & Endocrine), Excretion, Nutrition (Digestion), Respiration in Human Beings
Mathematics :Real Numbers, Polynomials, Triangles, Pair of Linear Equations, Quadratic Equations, Mensuration, Circles, Quadrilaterals
Mental Ability : Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning - Series, Analogy, Classification, General Logical & Analytical Reasoning; Problems based on Figures, Coding-Decoding, Data Interpretation

Exam Fee for ANTHE:
300/- per student. Enrollment Forms can also be accepted after 12th Nov. 2014 with a late fee of 50 till 17th Nov. 2014. No forms will be accepted after 17th Nov. 2014.

Important Instructions :
Kindly fill the enclosed ANTHE Registration Form and submit along with your self attested photocopy of class IX marksheet, 4 passport size photographs and cash / demand draft of 300 in favour of ‘Aakash Institute’. In case mark sheet is not available, students can enroll for ANTHE by submitting a self attested photocopy of their Identity Card issued by the school.

The student can download his/her Admit Card for appearing in ANTHE 2014 mentioning his/her Roll No. and Venue from our website: www.aakash.ac.in
Last date of receiving duly filled form by post at Registered Office or by hand at nearest Aakash Centre before 6:00 pm or online submission before 6:00 pm – 12th November, 2014 (Wednesday).
ANTHE Registration Form can also be accepted after 12th Nov. 2014 with a late fee of 50 till 17th Nov. 2014 by post at Registered Office or by hand at nearest Aakash Centre before 6:00 pm. No forms will be accepted after 17th Nov. 2014.
The test will be a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) based paper, which will be conducted on Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Sheet. A Sample OMR sheet is attached with the Sample Paper for your reference.
The result of successful candidates shall be displayed on our website: aakash.ac.in mentioning the name & rank of the students along with eligible scholarship. Separate merit list will be prepared & displayed for Medical & Engineering aspirants.
Cash Awards* shall be paid by cheque. It will be paid in the 3rd week of April, 2015 at respective centres of Aakash or at any other venue as decided by the management.
*To be eligible for cash awards, it is mandatory for top 1000 students (500 in Medical & 500 in Engineering) to join our DLP Course before 15th April, 2015 irrespective of whether they join our Classroom course or not. Once the DLP Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The students will have to fill separate enrollment form for DLP. No fee will be charged for DLP Course. It will be 100% Free.

The merit list for successful candidates will be prepared by listing them in the descending order of the total marks scored by them. However, there may be ties and such ties will be broken by sequentially applying the following set of rules :
For Medical aspirants
(i) Student having lesser age
(ii) Student having higher marks in Science
(iii) Student having higher marks in Mathematics
(iv) Student having higher marks in Mental Ability
(v) Girl Student
For Engineering aspirants
(i) Student having lesser age
(ii) Student having higher marks in Mathematics
(iii) Student having higher marks in Science
(iv) Student having higher marks in Mental Ability
(v) Girl Student

Scholarship means Fee Concession; Fee Discount; Fee Waiver
If at any point of time, the government decides to charge Service Tax on the scholarship/concession amount/fee waiver, then the service tax shall be borne by the student / parent / guardian.
Selected candidates will be provided classroom coaching as per the choice of their study centre (at existing Aakash centres only) but if a student wants to change the study centre, written permission for the same will have to be taken from the Managing Director.
Hostel Facility is available on a chargeable basis.

I have not got my roll no till now. Once you came to our school i.e.St. Soldier Divine Public School Naya Nangal and I gave you my name for not getting my roll no. But till now I had not got my roll no. So I request you to send me my roll no. as fast as you could so that I could download my admit card.

We required the Marks sheet for HT-24502054

The candidates will have to verify these marks and confirm on the website. In case of any discrepancy, the candidate should upload the copy of the mark-sheet online only latest by 25th June, 2014 on JEE (Main) website. During this period i.e. after the declaration of result of qualifying examination, the candidate may update their request to consider the total marks of a mark-sheet having better marks out of the mark-sheet of passing year or improvement year.
