Important Announcements :
Candidates selected for DV are being issued letters asking them to appear at the office of the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission on a specified date with documents

List of documents to be brought during DV to prove eligibility as per recruitment rules
Sl. No. Proof of Documents (Original as well as two attested copies of each)
1 Identity Photo bearing Identity Card such as Elector's Photo Identity Card (EPIC) / Passport / UID (Aadhar Card) / Admit Card or Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination with Photograph / Pan Card / Driving License / Bank Pass Book Containing Photograph / Any Other Photo Identity Card issued by the Competent Govt. Authority.

2 Date of Birth Admit Card or Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent / Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Govt. Authority.

3 Passing Madhyamik or equivalent examination Certificate / Mark Sheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.

4 Elementary knowledge in Computer operation Certificate issued from a reputed organisation regarding acquisition of elementary knowledge in Computer operation for a period not less than 6 (six) months.

5 Computer typing Certificate issued from a reputed organisation regarding typing in computer at the speed of not less than 35 words per minute in English.

If any candidate fails to appear for DV at the appointed time or fails to produce documents to prove eligibility his/her selection will be cancelled

In cases where more than one candidate has secured equal aggregate marks, tie has been resolved by applying the following methods sequentially :
Marks in Part-II with candidate obtaining more marks has been placed higher
Marks in Group-A of Part-II with candidate obtaining more marks has been placed higher
Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher
