STATE LEVEL NATIONAL TALENT SEARCH EXAMINATION NOTIFICATION (X-STD ONLY) - NOVEMBER 2014

GENERAL INFORMATION:
The State Level National Talent Search Examination for the Academic Year 2014-2015 will be held on 2nd November 2014 for all the students currently studying in Std .X in any recognized school located in the State.

SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT: The amount of scholarship will be Rs.500/ (Rupees Five Hundred only) per month.

ELIGIBILITY:
Students studying in Class X during 2014-2015 in any recognized school are eligible to appear for the examination. NTS awardees of class VIII are not required to appear in Class X Examination. However the unsuccessful candidates of Class VIII can now appear for Class X examination. The NMMS awardees are allowed to appear for NTS Examination.

FEES: Rs.50/ (Rupees Fifty only) in cash per candidate

HOW TO APPLY:
1. Candidates are required to apply for State Level NTS Examination through their school only. The Headmaster/Head of Institution can download sufficient number of blank application forms from 18.08.2014 to 28.08.2014 through the web site www.tndge.in
2. The blank application forms should be distributed to the X std. students who are studying in the current academic year.
3. With the help of parent, the students should fill up the application forms and return the filled in application forms to the Headmaster / Head of Institution concerned, along with Photo affixed and cash of Rs.50/ (Fifty Only).

COLLECTION OF APPLICATION FORMS:
1. The Head of Institutions should collect the filled in application forms till 28.08.2014 from the students.
2. The Head of Institutions should submit the particulars in the application forms through ON LINE in the Web Site tndge.in from 03.09.2014 to 10.09.2014 only. The Photo can be either scanned or uploaded through webcam.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS AT D E O OFFICE:
After completion of ON LINE submission of particulars in the applications, the Headmaster / The Head of Institution should submit the application forms received from the students in ONE LOT along with the TOTAL FEES IN CASH collected from the students to the respective DISTRICT EDUCATIONAL OFFICERS on or before 15.09.2014 BEFORE 5.30 PM.

IMPORTANT DATES:
DOWNLOADING THE BLANK APPLICATION FORMS FROM THE WEBSITE WILL OPEN ON : 18.08.2014 AT 12 NOON
LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF THE FILLED IN APPLICATION FORMS WITH FEES FROM THE STUDENTS IS : 28.08.2014
HEAD OF INSTITUTION SHOULD SUBMIT THE PARTICULARS ON LINE IN THE WEB SIT: FROM 03.09.2014 TO 10.09.2014
HEAD OF INSTITUTION SHOULD HANDOVER THE APPLICATIONS IN ONE LOT WITH TOTAL FEES COLLECTED IN CASH AT THE RESPECTIVE DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICER ON OR BEFORE: 15.09.2014 UPTO 5.30 P M
