Guidelines For Uploading Application For Renewal Of Affiliation For D.ed Course Through Online :
Application for renewal of affiliation will be received only through ONLINE.

Login : http://scert.cgg.gov.in
** Complete the Fee Payment. Collect the Transaction No. & Date of payment for future use.
** To upload the Certificates i.e fourth step of filling up of application keep ready scanned Photographs of staff in JPG format (max. size 50KB) and Certificates / Enclosures in PDF / JPG format (max. size 500 KB) each.
** Click on ‘Submit Application’ to access the first step of Application enter the Transaction Number and Date of Payment. Begin filling up of the application with Basic details i.e first step.
** After successful completion of Basic Details your Reference ID will be displayed on the screen.

Note down the Reference ID to complete the following steps :
i. Infrastructure facilities
ii. Academic Resources and Activities
iii. Upload of Certificates / Enclosures

** Complete all four (4) steps If any step is not completed the application cannot be considered.
** After completion of each step click on ‘Preview’ for viewing the filled in application. If any corrections are to be made click on ‘Edit’ button and make corrections.
** After completion of filling up of application click on ‘Submit’ button. You cannot make any corrections after click on the ‘Submit’ button.
** After completion of Four (4) steps collect the Receipt and Reference ID and keep it for future use.

Certificates to be uploaded :
i. Formal Recognition order issued by the SRC, NCTE, Bangalore
ii. Affiliation order of preceding year
iii. Minority certificate issued by Minority Welfare Department in case the institution is minority institution.
iv. Land registration / Lease documents
v. Existing building plan issued by Gram Panchayat / Municipality
vi. Building completion certificate issued by Gram Panchayat / Municipality
vii. Building soundness certificate issued by Panchayat Raj Engineer
viii. Fire safety certificate issued by District Fire Officer
ix. Staff approval list issued by the Director, SCERT (Annexure-I).
x. Encumbrance Certificate
xi. Sanitation Certificate issued by Municipal / Heath Department.
xii. Photographs of Elevation of the building, four sides with roof of the Building, Library, three Labs and Seminar hall.
