Delhi State Women Sports Competition 2014 :
Sports Branch, Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi is going to organize Delhi Women Sports Competition for Women from 29th August 2014 onwards in the following disciplines

1. Athletics : Chhatrasalstadium, Model Town, Delhi
100 m Run, 200 m Run, 400m Run, 800m Run, 15oom Run, gooom Run, 100m Hurdle, 400m Hurdle, 4 x 100m, Relay, 4 x 400m Relay,Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put(4 kg.), Discuss Throw ( 1kg.) & Javelin Throw (600 gms.).

2. Swimming : Ludlow Castle Sportscomplex, Sham Nath Marg, Delhi.
100m Free Style, 200m Free Style, 4oom Free Style, 100m Butterfly, 100m Breast Stroke, 200m Breast Stroke, 100m Back Stroke, 200m Back Stroke, 200m Individual Medley, 4 x 100m Medley Relay and 4 x 100m Free Style.

3 Hockey :
SBV, Ashok Nagar, Near Subash nagar Mod, Delhi

4. Kabaddi :
Chhatrasal Stadium, Model Town, Delhi. (Team of Kabaddi Will Consist of 10 Players)

5. Kho-Kho :
G.G.S.school,kohat Enclave, Delhi

6. Volleyball :
GGSSS,SU Block, Pitampura, Delhi.

7. Handball :
G.S.Co-ed.S.S.S,FU Block, Pitam Pura, Delhi

8. Gymnastic :
SBV, Moti Nagar, New Delhi

9. Badminton :
Ludlow Castle Sportscomplex, Delhi

10. Table Tennis :
Ludlow Castle Sportscomplex, Delhi

I1. Lawn Tennis :
Thyagraj Stadium, Thyagraj Nagar, N.delhi.

12. Basketball :
Chhatrasal Stadium, Model Town, Delhi

Who can Participate :
Girls / Women of under 25 year of age from any department / institution college & open can take part in these competitions.

Application Procedure :
You are requested to send maximum entries in these competitions. Entries should reach the Sports Branch, Chhatrasal Stadium, Model Town, Delhi on or before 25th August 2014 upto 4.00 p.m .. No entry will be accepted after the last date. The opening ceremony will be held on 29th August 2014 at 10.00 a.m. at Chhatrasal Stadium, Model Town, Delhi. Only one entry will be accepted from one institution in case of team events and in case of Athletics and Swimming, only two entries in one event will be accepted from one institution.

The Detailed Programme and Fixture of the Games will be distributed after the opening ceremony. Cash prizes & certificates will be awarded to position holders only.
