Schools click on the below link to login to register the students for 2014-15 Board Examination
Important Instructions:
A. The data of 9th class students of all the schools enrolled in 2013-14 uploaded in the system. But the data is incomplete and the school heads need to complete it by login to the system. Complete them one by one by adding Category, Gender, Differently Abled, Photo and Signature etc. for students of your school before applying for the examination. If any of these information not updated then these students Admit Card will not be issued for the examination.
B. In order to edit the student information, login to https://www.digialm.com/SMBPortal/ with your login id and password. Open EForms application, click on Application Management tab, then select Search and Select 2-Student Information form in the drop down. Click on continue and then on Search button, the students list will be displayed on the result grid at the bottom. Click on Edit button to update the student information one by one.
C. The steps for adding and updating student information as below :
** Login to the website https://www.digialm.com/SMBPortal/
** Click on EForms application (Applications can also be accessed by clicking on the W shortcut at bottom left corner of the home screen).
** Then click on Application Management Tab.
** Select 2-Enter Student information Form in the drop down.
** For adding Student Information click on Create button.
** For Searching and Editing to student information click on Search button.
** Then follow the next steps accordingly.
D. After login by the school, as the first step please review and update your school’s details and contact information from 1 – Update School Information form. Without this you will not be able to generate the challan and pay it in the bank.
E. Below 3 Steps need to be completed for students applying for the examination without fail. If any of them is not completed, then your school’s students will not be able to sit for the examination.
Step-1 : 2 – Enter Student Information
Step-2 : 3 – Apply for the Examination
Step-3 : 4 – Make Payment
F. Do not ignore to download the challan and deposit the fee in the bank or pay online online. Challan can be generated and printed as below :
** After all the students profile created and applied for the examination the school head need to login to the application.
** Then click on Application Management Tab.
** Select 4-Make Payment Form in the drop down.
** For creating the challan click on Create button.
** View the details of the challan which is explained in detail category wise and student count wise.
** Select the payment mode Offline challan or Online Net banking, then click on submit.
** If the Online Net banking mode submitted then you need to go through the online net banking process and submit the payment.
** If the Generate Challan Mode is selected then Challan will be created and available for download.
** In order to download and print the challan go to Application Management- Search - Select 4-Make Payment Form - Click on Continue button - Click on Search button -Click on the Application Seq No to view the record - Click on Download Challan tab and then Click to download the challan
** Take a print out of the challan
** If the Challan amount is greater than 0 then you need to pay the challan in any of the HDFC Bank branch through out Haryana
** If the Challan amount is 0 then no need to go to the bank. It is marked as Paid by the system.
G. If you are using bulk uploader function on 2 – Enter Student Information Form then upload the student photo and signature by editing the record one by one after it. Otherwise the student admit card will not be available for the examination.

Private (Reappear/ Improvement/ Full Improvement/ Additional) Candidates :
2014-15 Batch Regular / Reappear Students get your student Id/Login Id below to apply for the examination :
Students who already appeared for the Board examination in 2014 and now wants to apply for Reappear/Improvement/Full Improvement/Additional examination need to get their student id/login Id first from the below link before applying for the examination.
Then these students need to login from the below link using their student id as Login Id and Date of Birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy (e.g. 05/02/1978) as password to apply for the examination.
If your student Id/Login Id is not available above :
If the Students Id/Login Id not available above after searching with your previous roll no and date of birth, then please create your profile and apply for the examination below.
Private Students (Reappear/Improvement/Full Improvement/Additional), once you applied for the examination from above, then you can check the status of your application from the below login link.
Note :
The system will not allow duplicate student creation. Please check your student id/ Login Id as explained above before applying for the examination.
