It is proposed to fill up of 403 vacancies of the following posts in the scale of pay Rs.5000-150-8000 (pre-revised) (New PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- in various units/establishment under Indian Navy on deputation basis

Eligibility : The eligibility for appointment to the post will be as follows ;
(a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
(b) With three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basics in the scale of pay 5000-8000 (pre-revised) {New PB-2 Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade pay of Rs.4200l- } or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
(c) Three years experience in Draughtsmanship in Government or an Organisation of repute.

For Engineering Cadre : Diploma in Civil Engineering from a‘recognized University or Institution or Equivalent.
For Construction Cadre : Diploma in Civil or Mechanical or EIectrical or Naval Architecture and Ship Construction Engineering from a recognized University or institution or Equivalent.
For Electrical Cadre : Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution or Equivalent.
Desirable: Passed certificate course in Auto Computer Aided Design from an Institute of repute.

Note 1: The departmental officers in‘ the Feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly," deputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
Note 2: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.

2) The applications must be forwarded through proper channel and must accompany the following documents/information;
(i) A certificate that no disciplinary proceedings/vigilance case is either pending or contemplated and a certificate to the effect that" .no_ major/minor penalties were imposed on him/them during the last 10 years.
(ii) Photocopy of completed and upto date- ACRs/APARs from 2008-2009 to 2012-2013 duly attested by the concerned Department.
(iii) Cadre clearance certificate.
(iv) Integrity Certificate.
