Job Description
1. Generating the monthly client usage reports (idc.com)
2. Running and putting together BVR reports on a regular basis (template)
3. Mining telebriefing and event registration lists – updating event attendee list by account and interest areas (xls)
4. Updating Analyst Contact Lists for clients based on client subscriptions (xls)
5. Entering bookings into Juggernaut, SaleForce and other CRM tools. (SalesForce dot com a plus)
6. Maintaining the analyst inquiry log and analyst scheduling (several databases)
7. Creating and customizing client welcome letter and information packets for new clients or renewal business (doc and xls)
8.Creating customer newsletters informing clients of upcoming and recently published/completed events, telebriefings, MCS, etc.
Skills: Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills over IM, email, phone
Ability to work with remote groups
Systems: Working knowledge of MS office (particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
SFDC or CRM a plus
Graphical program, graphic design skills a plus
