Creating Username & Password :
** Click on Login as circled in red
** Creating username and password
** If you are an existing member please login with user name and password or
** If you do not have an account click on Register as circled below in red.

For creating new account :
Select account type and create username and password and enter details as shown below

Application form for existing user or new user :
** If applicant is new then select new from applicant type and if applicant exists user select renew and enter his/her application/enrolment number in application ID field.
** Enter the details as show in the form like name of the student in English and Marathi, gender of student, religion, date of birth and class of student and grade. His/her father’s name, income details, contact details, like telephone number/mobile number/email id, student fee details, student bank details (optional for new students and mandatory for renewed or rejected students), details of educational institution and documents to be uploaded (optional)

Print Application :
Student can print form anytime from anywhere by logging to his/her login and after selecting Print.

Update Profile :
Student can update profile form anytime from anywhere by logging to his/her login and after selecting Update Profile. SCHOOL LOGIN

Prematric Aproval :
** Select PREMATRIC APROVAL from school login. Screen displayed below will appear on screen.
** School name will appear automatically as per the login.
** Select scholarship type either new or renewal.
** Select Application Status as either Pending Application or Sent to Education Officer (Already approve by school & sent to EO) or Rejected by School (Application Rejected by School).
** User can filter on religion.
** Select the applicant by checking check box in front of applicant’s name.
** Select the Status as Send to Education Officer to process further or Reject to reject applicant’s Form with proper remark.
** User can generate statistic report by clicking Generate Report or can Print Student Application by clicking Print All Forms.

Prematric Application Form :
Principal/school has facility to fill student application form at their login.

Education Oficer Login :
Prematric Aproval By EO :
** Select PREMATRIC APROVAL from Educational Officer login. Screen displayed below will appear on screen.
** School name will appear automatically as per the login.
** Select scholarship type either new or renewal.
** Select Taluka from Taluka Drop down.
** Select Village
** Select School Name.
** Select Scholarship Type either fresh or Renew.
** Application Status as either Pending or Approved or Rejected.
** User can filter on religion.
** Select the applicant by checking check box in front of applicant’s name.
** Select the Status as Approved or Reject to reject applicant’s Form with proper remark.
** User can generate statistic report by clicking Generate Report or can Print Student Application by clicking Print All Forms.

Bank Account No. Updation for Selected Student for School & EO :
** Click on Student Bank update
** Select Scholarship type as either Fresh or Renewal
** Select Pending for Bank Updation under label Bank Updation Status.
** If you know Application No. you can search on it
** Also you can filter data on Religion basis. Student list will be popped up as per the selection criteria
** Click on Student Name to get and update Bank details.
** Bank Account details along with Student name and application ID will be appeared on popped up form
** User can change the bank details if required and click on Save button.

Last Date :
Last date to fill Prematric Scholarship 2014-2015 Application Form is 16-08-2014 5.00 PM

Note :
Pre-Matric eScholarship 2014-15 Application for renewal will be filled by the Head Master
