MCA Scholarship & Freeship 2014-15 :
All category students (belonging to SC/NT/DT/VJ/SBC/OBC) are hereby informed to register online for Scholarship & Freeship for the academic year 2014-15.

All category students taking admission to our institute, he/she has to register online on the given website & submit the printout of the online form along with all the documents to the office in the office timings. The schedule for filling & submitting the above forms will be as per the respective website.

Opening a saving account in corporation bank is must for Only scholarship students (not for freeship) of all categories who’s parents annual income is below Rs.1,00,000/- for (NT/DT/VJ/SBC/OBC) categories & below Rs.2,00,000/- for SC & ST Category.

For registering online the following points may be observed :
1) After entering the site all First year and Direct S.E. students who have taken admission in 2014-15 have to fill in the form in FRESH tab.
2) While selecting the college name, select region as “Mumbai Suburban”
3) All details should be properly filled up & checked by the students before final submission, as no change will be allowed once the college forwards the form to Social Welfare Office.
4) Eligibility for filling the forms & required documents is mentioned on the site itself.

After last date mentioned on the website no forms will be accepted by the office, thus Scholarship & Freeship may not be sanctioned by the Social Welfare Office,Tribal Office &

Students will have to pay the full fees to the college.

Documents to be submitted by students availing GOI Scholarship / Freeship for 2014-2015 :
First Year Master Of Computer Application Students :
Students belonging to reserved categories (ST/SC/NT/VJ/DT/OBC/SBC) should submit their printed online application forms of Scholarship / Freeship for the academic year 2014-2015 alongwith the following documents & necessary certificates duly attested, while taking the admission between 10 :30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 02:30 pm to 04:30 p.m. in the office.

Certificates in the following order (Zerox copies duly attested / true copies) are required to be submitted alongwith their applications :
1. Caste certificate.
2. Caste validity certificate.
3. For NT/DT/VJ/SBC/OBC category, non creamy layer certificate issued by the competent authority valid upto March’2015.
4. Rationing card (first & last page with student’s name).
5. Form 16 / Income Certiticate / TDS certificate in lieu of income certificate of the parents for freeship students.
6. Income Certificate of the parents from their Tahasildar office for scholarship students (Parents annual income is below Rs.1,00,000/- for DT/NT/VJ/OBC/SBC categories & Rs.2,00,000/- for SC & ST category).
7. Domicile Certificate / Birth Certificate / School Leaving certificate
8. Marksheets of S.S.C., H.S.C. and Degree Certificate (for MCA) / JEE Score Card / Cap -Allotment letter & I-card (as applicable)
9. Migration Certificate (wherever applicable)
10. F.E. – Admission fee receipt for the academic year 2014-2015.
11. District Change Certificate. (for FE students from different District only)
12. Aadhar Card Zerox copy.
13. Copy of Corporation Bank Passbook.

For Master Of Computer Application :
All category students (belonging to NT/DT/VJ/SBC/OBC) taken admission to MCA for 2014-15 having parent’s annual income above 4.5 lakhs have to pay entire full fees of the institute as same as open category fee even if the student has been issued a non-creamy layer certificate.
