Position -- Japanese Speaking Technical Help Desk Specialist
Location – Kolkata
Required Skills:
1. Graduates / Undergraduates

Role and Responsibilities:
1. This is a technical position with customer interaction
2. Duties will include the following:
Taking work requests via telephone in Japanese & English
and electronic format
Logging the request in Remedy System
Prioritization and Assigning the work requests to
appropriate group
Resolving technical issues over the phone
3. This role requires to provide 24x7 support, so shift work is required

I CAN SPEAK IN JAPANESE BUT AT THE TIME OF WRITING I TAKE HELP FROM THE DICTIONERY. I STOOD FIRST TWICE IN ONE CALENDER YEAR IN THE JAPANESE LANGUAGES SPEECH CONTEST HELD IN KOLKATA.
