** The contest is open to Indian citizens only.
** All participants agree they are 18 years of age or above.
** Only complete entries will be deemed eligible.
** Multiple entries are invited. However, the participant will not be entitled to more than one prize
** The contest will be judged by an in-house jury & the winner will be selected from the valid entries.
** The winner declaration will be solely at the discretion of the management and shall be final and binding.
** Prizes can take from 4-6 weeks to be dispatched.
** The bank shall not be responsible if there is any defect in the prizes.
** No Guarantee/ warranty is given by SVC Bank.
** Winner will be entitled only for prizes and not for any other concession/ benefits etc. with respect to the Banking Operations.
** The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter and Facebook
** SVC Bank reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the Rules, any applicable law (including copyright law).

** In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, the conduct or results of the Competition, or any other matter relating to a Competition, the decision of SVC Bank shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by SVC Bank.
** Mere participation in the contest does not entitle the contestant to win the prize
** Prizes are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable. The prize cannot be negotiated or refunded and by no means will cash equivalent be given. Only the Winner, and no other person or agent may claim the prize.
