Job Description
- Setting up of loans into the system and verifying the data with the source documents.
- Processing of mortgages including ordering and verification of credit reports, title, flood reports etc.
- Validating fees to ensure proper disclosure for disbursement.
- Preparing loan documents.
- Doing quality checks ensuring the work is done meeting all quality and turnaround time SLAs.
- Making sure all the transactions reports and quality reports are maintained.
- Reviewing, examining and underwriting loans to ensure eligibility and compliance with investor standards.
- Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy.
- Determining and documenting underwriting conditions, and communicating requirements and/or decisions.
- Reviewing and resolving underwriting conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Any graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support and/or transaction processing in BPO Industry.
- Candidates should have prior experience in Mortgage underwriting or loan processing.
- Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Special consideration for experience in financial and banking domain.
- Minimum2 years of experience in loan processing, credit analysis & risk management.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in any shifts.
