Job Description
To ensure security of the entire PVR Cinemas

To ensure the good order and safety of patrons within the centre, and to satisfy the needs of hirers.

To liaise with Box Office staff, technical staff and artists/ hirers in order to achieve these objectives.

To manage a team of ESPs in order to achieve these objectives.

To ensure at all times the smooth operation of the centre.

Responsibility for cash receipts from Merchandise sales and hiring’s, ensuring correct payment

To deal effectively and appropriately with enquiries and complaints from customers and hirers whilst on duty.

Supervision of Staff during the 7 day week, operation of the facility, supervision of up to casual duty stewarding staff is carried out by the post holder or Operations Supervisor according to the hours of duty.

Reporting to the Duty Manager.

To ensure the smooth running of events at the PVR Cinemas by balancing effectively the needs of customers, staff and hirers. A great deal of tact and diplomacy is needed in order to carry out this job effectively.

Experience of customer focused work essential.
