Online Registration For New Enrollment :
Guide Lines for Filling in the Online Application form for Enrollment as an Advocate : Candidates should apply ONLINE for Enrollment as an Advocate as follows
1) Clicking on the “Online Registration” link, given in the official website of Bar council of Rajasthan www.barcouncilofrajasthan.org
2) Fillup the personal details in registration form. Registration Form is not editable after submission, Please ensure that all the information’s filled in by you are accurate before clicking on the "Register" button, as the Spelling errors and other mistakes may reflect on the Smart Identity Card, Enrollment Certificate directly and all other Certificates.
3) After completion of registration form you will receive a welcome e-mail message sent to your Email-ID for „Active Your Account- with activation link. Recommended that click the activation link and finalize the registration process.
4) When you click on „Activation Link- , your account will successfully be activated. At the same time you will receive a unique User-ID and Password through an Email and SMS, which should be remembered for future use – (the User-ID and Password will be required when the candidate would fill up “On Line Enrollment Form” and to know the application status. Then take out the print of Challan, etc.)
5) Click on the “Already registered- Log-In” link, given in the official website www.barcouncilofrajasthan.org of Bar Council of Rajasthan under section „ENROLLMENT- for filling the On Line Enrollment Form.
6) After successful login your Personal Information are displayed, you can download your Bank Challan by clicking on “CHALLAN” link. Now you may Save and Print a Challan on A4 size paper in Landscape format. This Challan may be deposited in any Branch of „Oriental Bank of Commerce- .
7) After depositing the Fees you will get Transaction No. and remaining two copies of receipt from Oriental Bank of Commerce.
8) If there is no Branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce in your place, please prepare a Demand Draft of the fees, as applicable, from any other Nationalized Bank, drawn in Favor of “Secretary, Bar Council of Rajasthan, payable at Jodhpur. The candidate should clearly write His/Her Name, Mobile Number, E-mail ID and Enrollment Form Number at the back of the Demand Draft.
9) After “Login-In” you will enter the payment details
10) Enter your details of Educational Qualification

Note :
Please enter all the details of Qualifications (Secondary, Sr. Secondary, Graduation, Law Degree & all Other Courses) Year Wise and Semester Wise (as applicable).
Please send original documents of educational qualification alongwith one set of attested photocopies.

11) After entering the Educational Qualification details, you may enter Other important details
12) After entering the others important details, you must upload your latest photograph (Size 450x450 to 600x600 Pixels) in gif/jpg/png Format.

Important Note :
After Final Submission of Form, it can't be edited; please check all the details carefully and then finally click “Submit” Button. Click here for Final Submission After clicking the final submission, Enrollment Form will be opened in PDF format for Print & Save.

13) Proforma of two Character Certificates should be duly filled in by two advocates having practice not less than five years.
14) The candidate should affix his/her passport size photograph duly attested by Public Notary or any Gazetted Officer on space provided on the Enrolment Form.
15) The candidate should prepare an affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 10/- complete it and get it attested by a Notary.

16) The candidate should take out a print of the duly filled in application form, in an A4 size sheets and enclose following :-
a) Challan Copy of BCR or Demand Draft
b) All Original Document (arranged Year wise) Attendance Certificate, Character Certificate of two Advocates, Affidavit and other required Documents with a set of attested photocopies.

17) The candidate should enclose the application form in an A4 size envelope unfolded.

The envelope should be addressed to the :
Secretary Bar Council of Rajasthan,
High Court Buildings,
Jodhpur (Raj.)

Application Status :
The applicant can check his/her application status by logging in to the aforementioned official website, using his userID and Password and download the Intimation Letter in future.

I sent enrollment form with original documents for registration as an advocate dated 25.09.2017. My application number is 11415. Till today I did not received any information. Please tell me about this. My DOB is 05.02.1980.
