Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following temporary position for the sponsored project undertaken in the Industrial Design Centre of this Institute. The positions are temporary initially for a period of 1 Year and tenable only for the duration of the project. The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below

Position : Project Assistant
No. of post: (1 Post )
Consolidated salary : Rs.14000 - 20000/- p.m.
Qualification : Bachelors Degree in English, Science, Arts with strong writing/editing skills in English language. MA degree would be an advantage. Experience of 2 years in the media industry.
Job Profile : To look after the editing requirements of the online content requirements of the project e-kalpa. The job requires ability to collect new information on design subjects and be part of generating online content for design education.

Position : Sr. Project Technical Assistant

Consolidated salary : Rs.21000 - 31000/- p.m.
Qualification : BE with Knowledge of PHP, mySQL, JSP,HTML, Java, Dream Weaver, with server side scripting language a plus, strong scripting skills in Javascript and experience with Flash Action script is a bonus. Experience in Web design development for atleast 1 year. Operating Systems: Windows, GNU/Linux. Programming Languages: C#, C, C++, Java. API/Frameworks: OpenGL, DirectX 9, XNA (3.0, 4.0), WP7 Dev Tool, .NET (2.0, 3.5), Windows API. Web Technologies: HTML5, XML, JavaScript, PHP, CSS, Silverlight, Zend Framework. Graphics Editors: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Audio/Video Editors: NCH WavePad, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Expression Encoder 3.
