DMAT - 2014 COUNSELLING - 30th, 31st July and 1st August, 2014

The results of DMAT-2014 Examination have been declared and available on our website. Centralized Counselling for the successful candidates will be held as per the following programme:-

Date : 30th July, 2014 (Wednesday)
Rank From 01 to 200 09:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.
Rank From 201 to 400 02:00 p.m. onwards

Date : 31st July, 2014 (Thursday)
Rank From 401 to 600 09:00 a.m. to 01:30 p.m.
Rank From 601 to 900 01:30 p.m. onwards

Date : 1st August 2014 (Friday)
Rank From 901 to 1200 09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.
Rank From 1201 to 1500 01:00 p.m. onwards

Venue of Counselling :
People’s College of Medical Sciences & Research Centre,
Bhanpur, Bhopal (M.P)

Successful candidates who shall be participating in Counselling are required to produce the following documents at the time of Counselling.

1 Demand Draft of Rs. 2,50,000/- for (MBBS Course), or Rs. 1,25,000/- for (BDS Course) or Rs. 10,000/- for (BPT/BOT/B.Sc. Nursing and Other Allied Paramedical Courses) in favour of APDMC payable at Bhopal (Tuition fee). Remaining part of tuition fee will be deposited in the college at the time of admission.
2 DMAT-2014 Admit Card. (Original with a Photocopy)
3 DMAT-2014 Rank card. (Original with a Photocopy)
4 Zerox copy of Application Form.
5 Counselling Fee Rs. 1000/- ( in Cash)
6 Proof of Identification (Voter Card / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence / Passport/ Mark sheet with photograph of 10th or 12th Examination)
7 10+2 Marksheets. (Original with Photocopy)

Note :
Candidate who is unable to submit Demand Draft at the time of counselling will submit an undertaking that he will submit Demand Draft in DMAT Office within three days from the date of counselling, then he will get his allotment letter from DMAT- office.
