Essential qualification:
i. Graduate in Social Science / MSW / MBA from recognised institution.
ii. At least two years experience on project management in social sector in coordinating activities on micro enterprise development, micro finance, watershed management, forestry with NGOs or bilateral projects.
iii. Ability to undertake extensive field for ( at least two to three weeks per month)

Desirable qualifications & experiences :
** Working experience in Tripura/ North Eastern Region.
** Ability to understand and speak Bengali & Kokborak.
** Experience of facilitating community based management of community assets and resources.
** Experience of facilitating group based rural micro enterprises/IGAs. I
** Strong documentation capabilities in English.
** Basic computer and data entry knowledge.
