Job Description
1. Ensuring In-process quality control and continuous improvement in Process capabilities.
2. Monitoring and analysing the castings visual inspection surface external inspection (MPI & LPI) and internal inspection ( RT & UT).
3. Maintain zero rejection level in dimensional, process and metallurgical defects
4. Marking, Cut sectioning of castings and metallurgical study for micro structure Hardness and tensile strength.
