Post-Matric Scholarship New/ Renewal 2014-2015 :
This Sceme is implemented under the guidelines of Social Justice and Empowerment Ministry of Govt. of India. All Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class students of Bihar pursuing recognized post matriculation courses in India in recognized institutions can get the scholarship

** Online applications can be made through the following website
** While filling online application, candidates must provide all the necessary information.
** To apply online, you have to register first.
** After registration, You will get User Id and Password.
** To fill scholarship form online, you have to login by entering User ID and Password.

Guidelines for filling application form :
1. Applicant details / personal information :
i. Name of applicant : - As per matriculation certificate.
ii. Date of Birth : - As per matriculation certificate.
iii. Parent / Guardian : - According to the matriculation certificate.
iv. Date of Birth :-(date / month / year) as per matriculation certificate.
v. (Category BC1 / BC2) / Category
vi. Caste / sub-caste - the caste certificate
vii. Guardian's annual income : - Earnings per certificate

2.Permanent address :
i. Full address, including zip code.

3. The name and description of the current studies institute :
i. University / name recognition (complete name of institution, but rather the Patna University, for example, wrote PU)
ii. Institute / College name (name of the college, but rather the Anugrah Narayan College, for example, wrote AN College)

4. Upload :
i. Caste Certificate
ii. Update income certificate; should not be older than one year.
iii. Permanent residential certificate
iv. Marksheet of last examination passed
v. Forward itemized statement of mandatory fees of educational institutions. (Issued by the Institute Fee Structure will only be valid)
vi. Institution studying Certificate of Recognition
vii. Hosteler certificate
viii. Declaration of parents

Working condition of the website tells how experienced the software developers were made this website....
That company website is even not good. Its a great salute to our Bihar ministers that they given that project to e-connect.
What other people will do if they could not be able to fill the form.....
Few candidate wasted their thousand of rupees while siting in internet cafe, just trying to fill the online form.
If our govt have still some respect to citizens then please let rectify the website and be ensure that website should work properly....
