How much I can charge vat for filter paper for quality department & production department in pharma industries?

From March 1 Telangana Government CT Deparment are accepting only Online payment through 12 to 13 selected banks only. We are having account of our firm with Bank of Maharashtra. We are not not able to make online Payment through our Bank of Maharashtra . When we checked with our Bank, we were informed that Commercial Taxes Department has not selected Bank of Maharashtra for accepting online payment. We are facing considerable difficulty since we have to open account with another Bank. Kindly look into the matter and include all the PSU banks so that all Registered dealers can make online payment through any PSU Bank.
