EAMCET Scholarship 2014-15 :
1. The Scholarship to be awarded is meant for students who are economically backward and having white ration card belonging to TELANGANA STATE.
2. Students who have secured 15000 rank and below in EAMECT (2014-15) exam are only eligible to apply.
3. Duly filled Application Form along with all enclosures should reach our office on or before 15-08-2014 by Post or By Person.
4. Incomplete applications will be rejected and shall not be considered under any circumstances.
5. Selection for Scholarship is at the sole discretion of the Trust and cannot be disputed.
6. Original EAMCET rank card and white ration card will be verified at the time of awarding scholarship.

Enclosures :
I am herewith enclosing the following details as required by your Trust.
1) Copy of EAMCET Rank card (upto 15000 rank only).
2) Copy of White Ration card.
3) 2 Passport size Photos. (1 should be affixed on this Application Form and 1 should be submitted along with this application form by writing his/her name and Rank on back of the Photograph)
4) Caste certificate obtained from MRO. 5) One self addressed envelope cover with stamps.

a) I hereby declare that I have fully read and filled in the above details which are true to the best of my knowledge. However if any thing is found to be incorrect you may reject my application.
b) I agree that my application may be accepted or rejected by the Trust without assigning any reason.
c) I also agree that I have read and understood all the instructions attached herewith & abide by the same.
