Blasting Licence :
This Licence is introduced to give the service of blasting licence.
There are certain criteria which should be fulfilled in order to get the licence of the blasting. Blasting regulations are contained within the Statewide Fire Prevention Code. All permits, inspections and enforcement procedures concerning these regulations are the responsibility of the Fire Department .

List of documents to be attached with the form :
(1) Attested photocopy of Land Ownership Document for place of manufacture/selling
(2) Attested photocopy of No Objection Certificate from B.D.O
(3) Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 5 pasted on Application Form
(4) Attested photocopy of Quarry Permit for Extraction of minor minerals issued by DM

FireCracker Licence :
A FireCracker is a document issued under an order or authority of the State Government, as per the Public Distribution System. This Fatka/Fire cracker licenses would let the applicant have access on fatka/firecrackers. This license would give the access rights to the applicant for selling of the fatka/firecrackers or for his or her own purpose.

List of documents to be attached with the form :
(1) Attested photocopy of Land Ownership Document for place of manufacture/selling
(2) Attested photocopy of No Objection Certificate from B.D.O
(3) Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 5 pasted on Application Form
(4) Attested photocopy of Sketch Map for place of manufacture/ selling.

FireArm Licence :
This Licence is introduced to give the service of FireArm licence. This Fire arms license is used by the applicant. The applicant fills the necessary information for the issuance of fire arm and hence after the renewal they can have the rights to access the fire arms.

(I)Sale of Fire Arm License :
(1) License card with validity
(2) Passport Photo (2 copies)

(II)Extension of area validity of Arm License :
(1) License card with validity
(2) Certificate from Concerned Authority

(III)Duplicate Issuance of Fire Arm License :
(1) Copy of FIR
(2) License card with validity
(3) Affidavit
(4) Photo copy of license with validity

(IV)Transfer of Fire Arm License :
(1) EPIC
(2) Age Proof
(3) License card with validity
(4) Residence address proof
(5) Application in FROM FA-01
(6) Affidavit
(7) 2 Passport photo in favor of Transferee

(V)Surrender and Cancellation of Fire Arm License :
(1) License card with validity

(VI)Renewal of Fire Arm License :
(1) Photocopy of old Fire Arm License

(VII)Issuance of Fire Arm License :
(1) Photocopy of Residential Certificate issued by SDO
(2) Certificate of BDO (that there is no forest within 10kms)
(3) Income Tax Proof (for civilians)
(4) NOC from DFO(if there is a forest within 10kms)
(5) Photocopy of Identity proof(EPIC/Passport/PAN card/Driving License/Ration card/Govt ID card/Defence ID card)
(6) Photocopy of Age Proof (EPIC/Passport/PAN card/Driving License/Ration card/Admit card of matriculation exam/Birth Certificate)
(7) Two colored passport sized photograph
