Regarding Centralized Manual Counseling at Govt. Polytechnic, Ambala City for B.E/B. Tech and B.Tech-LEET Courses. The Haryana State Technical Education Society, Panchkula has decided to hold "Centralized Manual Counseling" at Govt. Polytechnic, Ambala city for filling up the vacant/unfilled seats in Govt. /Universities Institutes for the session 2014-15. The candidates willing to participate in this counseling must deposit Rs. 500/- as CENTRALIZED MANUAL COUNSELING FEE through challan in Axis or PNB Bank in A/c of HSTES taken out from website www.hstes.org. The Schedule of centralized manual counseling for BE/B.Tech. and B.Tech.(LEET) is as under:

Remarks :
In the event of quota reserved for physically handicapped remain unutilized due to non- availability for suitable category of handicapped candidates, it may be offered to the Ex- servicemen and their wards (1%) and the dependents of Freedom Fighters(1%). The above seats shall be offered to the Ex-servicemen and their wards (1%) and the dependents

** The allotment against vacant seats will be strictly as per merit rank of respective course.
** If any Candidate reports late, he /she will be considered only for the seats available at that time.
** The Candidates will report at Govt. Polytechnic, Ambala as per their rank given in schedule mentioned above. The candidates shall be called as per their merit ranks.
** Candidates must carry their all original and attested certificates documents for counseling as mentioned in respective Brochures-2014.
** Candidate must deposit CENTRALIZED MANUAL COUNSELING FEE of Rs. 500/- for participating in the above Counseling through challan payable in Axis or PNB Bank in A/c of HSTES. The copy of challan is available at the website: hstes.org. No candidate will be allowed in the above counseling without the proof of counseling fee deposit.
** Separate Manual counseling registration fee is to be deposited if a candidate wants to participate in the above counseling against Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) seats.
** The candidate participating in above said counseling must deposit a token admission fee of Rs. 20,000/ (Rs. Twenty thousand only). The token admission fee shall be accepted in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Haryana State Technical Education Society” payable at Panchkula. The demand draft shall be retained by HSTES in case of seat allotment. Further, the token admission fee shall be adjusted in the total admission fee at the time of reporting in the institution. The amount of token admission fee collected by HSTES during above counseling shall be transferred to the respective institution depending upon the number of allotments.
** Each successful candidate will be provided a Provisional Seat Allotment letter duly signed by the seat allotment committee.
** The verification of documents must be done by the concerned institute before admitting and updating the candidate's details.
