    Job Description

    -Good understanding of Indian capital markets. Identifying investment opportunities across sector(s) based on analysis and projections,
    -Good understanding of Fundamental Analysis, Financial Analysis, Stock Valuation, Financial Modeling. Carry out 'top-down' technique of developing an industry peer group to provide material support to findings and projections.
    -Complete knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance Products available in the markets.
    -Develop expertise in asset allocation (equity, Insurance Mutual Fund & Debt), equity analysis and valuations across the spectrum of equity markets
    -Managing relationships with Retail Clients, corporates and institutions. Responsible for driving Portfolio RM’s to achieve their annual plan Understanding and Communication skill to conduct portfolio review with clients. Should act as a Bridge between the Sales Team & Research Team in the organization.
    -Assist Sales Team in advising Retail, HNI and HNW’s clients for their Portfolios.
    -Design and facilitate product and process training for Portfolio RMs Disseminate Product initiatives & processes to Portfolio RMs One point contact for all requirements/queries of Portfolio RMs in the branch.
    -Monitoring of ‘Sales Process’–daily activity reports & weekly reports Monitoring of customer profiling process & profiling sheets for Portfolio RM portfolio & conduct surprise audit Strategizing & driving initiatives for controlling attrition
    -Strategizing & driving initiatives for Devising & implementing analytics support for Portfolio RMs, supporting on various parameters like value build-up, attrition & closures, and cross-sell.
    -To strengthen the organizations PMS business in line with the investment philosophy of the organization.
    -Should be enthusiastic, aggressive and self motivated

    Desired Profile
    -No. of Year's Experience: Min 2-7yrs of Institutional Wealth / Portfolio Management Experience
    Industry: Banking/Financial Services/Stock Broking
    -Key Skill/Competencies Required: Complete Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance & Equity with sound fundamental understanding of valuations
    -MBA / CFA /CA from a Reputed Institution with a Strong Academic track. Strong English Language Skills (both spoken & written) as the role involves interaction with English speaking clients & colleagues.
    -Should have strong Accounting & Financial Analytical Skills. Should have a good working knowledge of MS Office (High on Excel & Intermediate on PowerPoint).
    -Highly motivated candidates who wish to make a career in Portfolio Management. Ability to analyze market movements
    -Display good judgment and lateral thinking skills. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    -Ability to successfully led Sales Team, Should be a role model for the team.
