Pay Scale : Professor - Rs. 37400-67000 with AGP Rs. 10000
Qualifications : B.E./B. Tech. and M.E./M. Tech. in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent either in B.E./B. Tech. or M.E./M. Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent, in appropriate discipline. Post Ph.D. publications and guiding Ph.D. students is highly desirable.
Experience : Minimum of 10 years experience in teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor Or Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/ or Research and/or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper publications / IPR/ patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising / designing, planning, executing analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books / research paper publications / IPR / patents etc as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection committee.

For Post Code No. 04/14-4 , 5 and 04/14 – 8 to 04/14 - 10 :
ii) Name of the post : Associate Professor
Pay Scale : Rs. 37400-67000 with AGP Rs. 9000
Qualifications :
i) B.E./B. Tech. and M.E./M. Tech. in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent either in B.E./B. Tech. or M.E./M. Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent, in appropriate discipline.
ii) Post Ph.D. publications and guiding Ph.D. student is highly desirable.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching / research / industry of which 2 years post PhD experience is desirable.

ii) The prescribed application forms are available on the university website under the tab '' Recruitment at University '' which have to fill online and print-out on A4 size papers, in 06 copies with necessary attested documents and Demand Draft drawn in the name of the Finance and Accounts Officer, Shivaji University, Kolhapur payable at Kolhapur OR Cash Receipt of University of Rs. 300/- for open post and Rs. 150/- for reserved post should accompany the application form.

iii) Final printout of online application form alongwith the attested copies of relevant documents enclosed to each copy of the application should be sent to the
