1 Name of the post : JOINT GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE) (E7)
No. of post : 1 POST
Scale of Pay : Rs.51300-73000/-[E7]
Qualification : Should be a Graduate from a recognized University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India with good academic record.
Experience : Should have atleast 20 years post qualification experience [relaxable in case of deserving candidates], out of which atleast 5 years at senior level preferably in financial concurrences, Project Financial Appraisal, Management Information System, co-ordinating with the Audit, finalization of Accounts etc., in leading PSUs. Should be dynamic, self driven and have good liaison and communication skills.
Age : Below 52 years as on 1.6.2014

2 Name of the post: DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE) (E6)

3 Name of the post : ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS) (E5)

Scale of Pay : Rs.43200-66000/- [E5]
Qualification : Should be a Graduate from a recognized University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India with good academic record.
Experience : Should have atleast 15 years post qualification experience [relaxable in case of deserving candidates], out of which atleast 5 years at senior level preferably in financial concurrences, Project Financial Appraisal, Management Information System, co-ordinating with the Audit, finalization of Accounts etc., in leading PSUs. Should be dynamic, self driven and have good liaison and communication skills.
Age : Below 45 years as on 1.6.2014

Fee : Demand Draft for Rs.50/- drawn in favour of KIOCL Limited payable at Bangalore. The candidate is required to write his/ her name and post applied for on the reverse side of demand draft. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are exempted from submission of Demand Draft.
