Accordingly, all the above candidates are advised to report to this office as per the schedule indicated above with all original documents/certificates as mentioned below:
(i) Matriculation Certificate issued by Board containing date of birth as proof of age and qualification alongwith the mark-sheet.
(ii) Certificate of possessing any additional or higher qualification if any.
(iii) Caste certificate in prescribed format issued by proper authority for SC/S T/OBC candidates, if any. OBC certificate clearly indicating the creamy layer status should be issued within one year before the date of verification.
(iv) No Objection Certificate from the present employer clearly mentioning that there is no objection by them for releasing you if you are finally selected.
(v) Discharge Certificate in case of Ex. Serviceman candidates clearly mentioning the reason of discharge.
(vi) Lower portion of call-letters in original of 1st stage & 2nd stage written exams.
(vii) The call-letter in original for Verification of Document & genuineness of candidature.
(viii) 2 copies of recent (less than six months) passport size photograph of him/her with light colour cloth.
(ix) Physically Handicapped certificate in proper proforma issued by proper authority.
(x) Any other relevant certificate/testimonials available with the candidate.
(xi) The candidate should also bring one set of clear & legible photocopy each of all the above mentioned original certificates/documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer clearly indicating the name, designation & official stamp of the signatory Gazetted Officer.
