Admission Counselling Schedule

Admission in M.Tech./Ph.D. Programme offered in this University shall be granted based on the on-spot counselling in the University campus in which the candidate has to present himself/herself as per the merit position for seeking admission, failing which the University shall not be responsible for the consequences.

All candidates are advised to report at MMMUT, Gorakhpur as per the following schedule

Activities:
Reporting at 9 AM.
Fee deposition and Document Verification (between 9 AM to 12 noon)

Activities: Seat Allotment as per merit position (Reporting time 2 PM)

How to Apply:
1 Candidates are required to bring the following documents/certificates in original and a set consisting of attested photocopies of the certificates for verification and submission at the time of reporting/document verification.
(i) Admit Card
(ii) Counselling letter
(iii) Mark sheet of qualifying exam.
(iv) High School Certificate
(v) Valid GATE score card
(vi) Character Certificate
(vii) Certificate of Medical Fitness/Undertaking of Medical Fitness

2 Candidates are also required to bring two separate demand drafts for counselling fee and part fee of University for deposition. Please bring a non-refundable demand draft of Rs.500/- (in favour of Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur-273010 (U.P.) towards counselling fee for each course and a demand draft of Rs.10,000/- (in favour of Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur-273010 (U.P.) as part of University fee. The candidates will not be allowed to participate in document verification and seat allotment without deposition of these demand drafts.

3 The candidate shall have to deposit the remaining amount of the University fee within seven days from the day on which admission offer letter will be issued, failing which the seat allotment will stand cancelled.

4 The seat remaining/falling vacant due to non-deposition of University fee, as applicable in stipulated period shall be filled in subsequent counselling, if required, as per the procedure laid down by the University in the notification for such counselling
