1. Name of the post : Office Assistant
No. of post : Two
Pay scale :PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4600
Essential Qualifications :
Graduate degree from a recognized University.
Desirable :
1. Five years working experience as Ministerial Staff in GP Rs. 4200 in Central / State Govt. or Public Sector Undertaking
2. Conversant with Central Govt. rules regulation
3. Proficiency in computer application

2. Name of the post : Personal Assistant
No. of post : One
Pay scale :PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4600
Essential Qualifications : Graduate Degree from a recognized University and minimum speed of 120 w.p.m. in English shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing in English on Computer
Desirable :
(i) Five years working experience as Secretarial Staff in GP Rs. 4200 in Central / State Govt. or Public Sector Undertaking
(ii) Diploma in Computer Application.
(iii) Proficiency in office automation

Essential Qualifications :
(i) Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution and
(ii) Certificate in Library Science from a recognized institution
(iii) Typing speed of 35 wpm on computer.
Desirable : Diploma in Library Science

4. Lower Division Clerk Lower Division Clerk (Hindi Typist)
No. of post : Four
Pay scale : PB-1, Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1900
Essential Qualifications :
(i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University
(ii) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English on Computer
(35 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)

5.Name of the post : Lower Division Clerk (Hindi Typist)
No. of post: 01
Essential Qualifications :
(i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University
(ii) Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.
(30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)

Maximum age limit :
For Sl. No. 1 & 3 : 28 years.
For Sl. No. 2 : 25 years
Sl. No. 4 & 5 : 27 years .
