ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MBA, MCA AND MCA LATERAL ENTRY POST GRADUATE (FULL-TIME) PROGRAMMES YEAR 2014-15
For the admission in first year of Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Computer Application (MCA) and MCA Lateral Entry (Direct Second Year) in Government, Grant-in aid and Self Financed Institutes in Gujarat State, on State quota of all institutions and management quota surrendered seats of self financed institutes, Government of Gujarat has decided to carry out web based online admission process for the academic year 2014-15. Eligible candidate has to register online through internet.

Eligibility for admission: Candidate shall have appeared at CMAT examination 2014-15 conducted by AICTE and shall have passed qualifying examination (graduation) with minimum 50 % (45 % for SC/ST/SEBC) for MBA, MCA and MCA Lateral. For MCA candidate shall also have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (Standard XII, 10+2 pattern) or Bachelors’ degree with Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects. For MCA Lateral Entry (direct Second Year), candidates who have passed the qualifying examination in the stream of Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Science (IT) or Bachelor of Science (Computer) are only eligible. Candidates whose graduation result is awaited, can also apply, however merit number in such case will be given, if the marksheet of passing of qualifying exam is submitted within the scheduled time limit.

Fee :
The candidate can get the information broucher and PIN Cover for MBA or MCA & for MBC (MBA & MCA both) by paying Rs. 500 or Rs. 750 respectively in cash from the designated branches of Punjab National Bank between banking hours (except holidays) as listed below, between 1st July, 2014 to 8th July, 2014.

How to Apply :
i) For online registration, candidate should visit web site gujacpc.nic.in during 1-7-2014 to 8-7-2014. Candidate should enter his/her CMAT Roll No. of maximum score of CMAT 2014-15. Please note that after 8-7-2014, candidate will not allow to register online.

ii) After online registration, candidate has to submit print-out of registration form and self attested photo copies of the required documents at nearby Help Centre and get Acknowledgement slip, on or before 8-7-2014. Candidate has to bring required original documents for the verification. List of help centres is also available on web site

iii) Information related to online admission like registration, key dates, Notifications, List and details of institutes, last admitted rank, seat matrix, eligibility, reservation policy, help centre list, registration fee, course fee, format of certificates is available on website

iv) The working hours of Help centre will be from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm except public holidays and online admission related help will be provided free of cost
