Applications are invited for the following posts initially on contract basis for 6 months, but this period may be extended upto 2 years after approval of the competent authority.

1.Name of the post : Chief Planner (Business Development)

Pay Scale : Initially consolidated salary Rs.50,000/- per month then PB –3, Rs.15600 – 39100 + G.R.P. Rs.7600/- after confirmation.
Qualification : M.B.A. With background of Finance and Marketing.
Experience : 7 years.
Preference : Those with background in Public Policy particular with urban experience in City Development , Business Development and local economic development will be given preferences.

2.Name of the post : Dy.Chief Planner
Total post : (5 posts)
Pay Scale : Initially consolidated salary Rs.47,000/- per month and then PB –3, Rs.15600 – 39100 + G.R.P. Rs.6600/- after confirmation.
(a) Dy.Chief Planner ( Business Development & Marketing )

Qualification : M.B.A. In Finance or Masters in Business Economics.
Experience : 5 years in relevant field.

(b) Name of the post :Dy. Chief Planner , Business Process
No. of post : (1 post)
Qualification : Masters in Business Process/ M.B.A.
Experience : 5 years in related field.
Preference : Preferences will be given to the officers who have worked in Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.

(c) Name of the post :Dy. Chief Planner Infrastructure Cell

Qualification : B.E.(Civil)
Experience : 5 years.

Qualification : Graduate and Diploma in I.T.
Experience : 3 years in relevant field.

(c)Name of the post : Manager , Infrastructure Cell

Qualification : B.E. (Civil)
Experience : 3 years in relevant field.

(d)Name of the post : Sr. Planner

Qualification : Graduate in Town Planning / Urban design.
Experience : 3 years in relevant field.

Other Qualifications :
1. Age Limit : a) Open Category - Upto 33 years. Upper age limit will be relaxable in case of experienced candidates.
2. Knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi (reading,writing and speaking) is essential for all above posts.
3. Candidate should have knowledge of computer and he should submit MSCIT exam passing certificate or equivalent certificate.
4. Other terms and conditions will be applicable as per the policy of state Government and M.C.G.M.
