On line Applications are invited for recruitment to the following Group ‘C’ posts in Pay Band and Grade Pay shown against the posts in Non-Industrial Establishment of the Field Gun Factory, Kanpur 208009 from the eligible Indian citizens who are fulfilling the requisite qualifications as mentioned in the online advertisement. APPLICATION FEE:
An application fee of Rs. 50.00 (Fifty Rupees only) is to be paid through Demand Draft/Indian Postal Orders only in favour of General Manager Field Gun Factory, Kanpur -208009. The Application Fee is non refundable. The issuing date of DD/IPO should be clearly indicated in the application form and the issuing date will be of later date from the date of advertisement. No fee will be charged from SC, ST, PH, Woman and Ex-Serviceman. Hence SC, ST, PH, Woman and Ex-Serviceman candidates need not to send any fee in the form of DD/IPO.

INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :

The candidates must carefully read all the provisions/conditions/instructions before filling his application form.
A candidate must submit his application for each post separately.
The candidate should submit only one online application for one post.

E-Mail ID and Mobile Number: :
** Every candidate intending to apply for any post must possess valid e-mail ID & Mobile Number. The same would be used for communicating with the applicants.
** The FGK Kanpur shall not be responsible if a candidate?s e-mail ID is not valid or not functional for any period whatsoever during the entire duration of recruitment process.
** The FGK Kanpur shall not be responsible if a candidate does not check his e-mail or takes call sent/made to him.
** The FGK Kanpur shall not be responsible for inaccessibility of the FGK Kanpur internet website on account of non-availability of the Internet Connectivity or any other reason for any period whatsoever during the entire duration of recruitment process.

Photo & Signature :
One recent passport size photograph (not more than three months old) with applicant?s name and signature under the photo as per sample given below should be scanned and uploaded in the space provided in the application format. The candidate should scan his photo & signature, which has been put on white paper with Black/Blue pen. The candidates must ensure that the uploaded photograph & signature are proper i.e. clearly identifiable/visible, application having poor quality photo or signature are liable to be rejected. The photo should not be more than 50 KB and must be in jpg/jpeg format.

Steps for filling online application form :
Go to Field Gun Factory Kanpur website http://fieldgunindia.gov.in/
Click Recruitment .
Select Post to which the candidate wishes to apply.
Complete PART-I registration form with proper password.
After completing PART-I registration form, fill PART-II registration form.
Application seeking age-relaxation should specifically mention the category under which they are applying for relaxation.
A unique Registration number will be provided to the candidates on successful filling of the Part-I of the on-line registration application. After completing PART-I registration form the same Registration number and the password given by candidate will be required for filling Part-II of the Registration application. The candidate should record this unique Registration number password with him for all future correspondence. This registration number & password will be valid for printing of admit cards from the website in respect of candidates found eligible for written examination.

Note : - Candidate must note down the password for downloading the admit card.

Printout of application form :
** After filling in the form online, a printout of the same should be taken and forwarded to ?THE GENERAL MANAGER, ORDNANCE EQUIPMENT FACTORY, KANPUR (U.P.) ? 208 001 along with the attested copies of relevant documents and original Indian Postal Order/Bank Draft (Fee Exempted for SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates) of Rs. 50/-.
** Candidates should also put their signature in the appropriate box in the print out of the application form. Candidates should paste the same photograph (clearly legible) duly attested by the Gazetted Officer, on the hard copy of application as scanned/uploaded at the time of filling up of online application.
** The hard copy of the application received after last date shall not be accepted.
** Eligible candidates shall take a print out of the admit card for which the details will be published on the website later on.

POINTS FOR REJECTION OF APPLICATION :
** Incomplete application
** Application not in prescribed format
** IPO/DD not enclosed with application form.
** Enclosed IPO/DD not in the name of General Manager, Field Gun Factory, Kanpur (U.P.)
** Application without signature will be rejected. Also Put your thumb impression in the Final Print-out.
** Application without same photograph pasted on application as that was uploaded after scanning. The photograph should be clearly visible/ recognized and duly attested by the Gazetted Officer. Unattested photograph would lead to rejection of application form
** If the age of the candidate exceeds the prescribed age limit on crucial date.
** If the age of the candidate is less than the prescribed minimum age limit on crucial date.
** If application is received after the last date of receipt of application.
** If a candidate fills more than one application for the same post.
