    Retired Professional in Hospitality Industry looking for a suitable opening

    At the outset, given below is a brief of my educational qualification and experience in hospitality industry :
    I. Educational Qualification :
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Science., 1973, University of Calcutta, West Bengal.
    - Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, 1976, State Council for Engineering and Technical Education, West Bengal.
    - Degre Elementaire de L’Alliance Francaise de Calcutta, 1978.
    II. Work Experience :
    At a managerial level, looked after the following functions of Inflight Service Dept of Air India :
    i. Catering Division ( 1984 to 2007 - Approx. 23 years) : Menu Planning, Planning of Schedules, Catering Contract and Inventory Control
    ii) Cabin Crew Division (2008 – 2011 Approx. 04 years) – Wide Body Aircraft
    a. Cabin Crew Operation – Pairing and tracking of Cabin Crew on its International route as per the Summer and Winter Time Table published by the Company – the international daily operation of the company being approx 08 Flights ex Mumbai and 13 flights ex Delhi. Disruption Management, meeting extra ordinary requirements at short notice.
    b. Cabin Crew Administration :
    Currently there are approx 1700 cabin crew who operate international sectors. Approx 800 cabin crew are being inducted to meet the shortfall of its current as well as the initial requirement with the induction of dreamliners.
    III. Retired on 30th November, 2011 from the services of Air India as an Asst. General Manager, Inflight Services Dept after a service of 32+ years.
