Qualification And Experience (As On 01.06.2014):
1 B.E. / B.Tech Degree (full time) in Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy / Chemical / Production Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution with full time PG Degree / Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized University / Regional Labour Institute / Institution recognized under the Factories Act / Rules.
OR
B.E. / B.Tech Degree (full time) in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with qualifications exclusively in Fire Safety alone shall not be considered.
2 Post qualification experience of minimum 9 (nine) years (for E-4 grade); 6 (six) years for E-3 grade; and 3 (Three) years for E-2 is essential. Post qualification experience shall be counted from the date a candidate has acquired the said qualification

Experience Profile: Experience in compliance with safety regulations under the Factories Act; developing, auditing and improving safety systems; promotion of safety consciousness amongst the employees; examination of machinery, equipment and building from the safety angle; experience in conducting Hazop, Hazan studies, etc. Experience in organising safety training and fire fighting would be an added advantage.
Fluency in English and knowledge of Telugu is preferable

Selection Methodology : Selection will be through interview to be held at Visakhapatnam
