National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW) is an Autonomous / Apex Technical Institute funded by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for promoting Health and Family Welfare Programmes in the country through Education & Training, Research & Evaluation, specialized services, consultancy and advisory service. This Institute has been appointed by MOHFW, GOI as a Nodal Agency for Coordination of all the Activities in the country under the Centre of Health Informatics (CHI) for National Health Portal (NHP).

The pilot project of National Health Portal is approved for a period of two years. Under the above project NIHFW proposes to fill the following posts on contractual basis.

2. Communication Assistant :
1. Master Degree in Mass Communication from a recognized university with 10 years experience
2. Preference will be given to Faculty/Retired Faculty from University/Colleges/ Research Institutes

3. Directory Services Assistant :
1. Master Degree in Mass Communication from a recognized university with 10 years experience
2. Preference will be given to Faculty/Retired Faculty from University/Colleges/ Research Institutes

4. Project Assistant- Financial Management (Accountant) :
1. Bachelor Degree in commerce (B. Com)/Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)/Bachelor in Business Economics (BBE )
2. Three year work experience in government departments or autonomous Institutes in accounting

5. Project Assistant- Public Health : MBBS/ BDS/ M. Sc. (Nursing) / MPT

6. Specialist Validator (Author) Ayurveda :
1. Post graduate degree in Ayurveda from recognized institute
2. Minimum 15 years work experience in teaching or research

7. Specialist Validator (Author) Yoga and Naturopathy :
1. Post graduate degree in Yoga and Naturopathy from recognized institute
2. Minimum 15 years work experience in teaching or research

8. Specialist Validator (Author) Unani :
1. Post graduate degree in Unani from recognized institute

1. Masters Degree in Bangla language from recognized Institute with 5 year experience in translation from English to Bangla and Bangla to English. Competence in the other language is a definite advantage.
2. Preference will be given to Faculty/Retired Faculty from University/Colleges/ Research Institutes

16. Professional Linguist Translation - Hindi :
1. Masters degree in Hindi language from recognized Institute with 5 year experience in translation from English to Hindi and Hindi to English. Competence in the other language is a definite advantage.

17. Professional Linguist Translation - Punjabi :

18. Professional Linguist Translation - Tamil :

19. Professional Linguist Translation- Gujarati :
