ACCOUNTS CLERK CUM TYPIST AND JR.CLERK CUM TYPIST, in Pay Band Rs. 5200 – 20200 GP Rs. 1900, CAT NO. 02 AND 04

1. Based on the performance in the Second Stage Written Examination conducted on 19.01.2014, candidates with the roll numbers listed in Annexure-‘A’ have been found qualified provisionally for the post of Accounts Clerk Cum Typist, Annexure-‘B’ for the post of Jr.Clerk Cum Typist against normal vacancies and Annexure-‘C’ for the post of Jr.Clerk cum Typist against GDCE vacancy notified vide above centralized employment notice/CPO notification. The listed Roll Numbers are in ascending order and not as per merit.

2. Typing test will be conducted in the month of August’14. Schedule for Typing Skill Test will be published in due course.

3. The options for typing test as taken during IInd stage written examination is also being published. In case, if any candidate feels that the option exercised by him is not correctly reflecting in the result, they can contact to this RRB on any working day on or before 21st July’14. Such cases will be re-examined and if found correct, necessary action will be taken for correction. Such cases where the option published is same as the option exercised at the time of IInd Stage examination will not be changed at all. The options exercised at the time of IInd Stage examination stands good and final. However, decision of RRB will be final. Abbreviations used MT – “Manual Typewriter” and PC – “Personal Computer”.

4. Physically handicapped candidates who claim exemption from Typing Skill Test will be required to submit the Medical Certificate in prescribed format stating that “being unable to type” from Medical Board, attached to the Special Employment Exchange or by a civil Surgeon where such a Board does not exist at the time of typing skill test/or before it and submit the said certificate to this office so as to consider their case for exemption from typing skill test, failing which they have to undergo the typing skill test. The format of exemption certificate for PH candidates is available on the website of RRB/Bilaspur.

5. The list is purely provisional and subject to verification of the details furnished by the applicants in their applications. The list is NEITHER a list of candidates selected for appointment in the RAILWAY NOR there is any commitment on the part of this RRB to offer appointment to the candidates. This is only a list of candidates short-listed for appearing in the Typing Skill test.

6. Candidates may please note that more number of candidates than the notified vacancies are being called for the Typing Skill Test primarily to avoid shortfall in the panel and that merely calling a candidate for the Typing Skill test does not in any way entitle him/her to appointment in the Railways. Final empanelment will be based on the merit position, number of vacancy and all other eligibility conditions.

7. Though utmost care has been taken while preparing the above results, Railway Recruitment Board, Bilaspur reserves every right to rectify the errors/typographical mistake, omissions, if any at any stage. If it is found later at any stage of the recruitment or thereafter that the candidate does not fulfill all/any of the conditions of eligibility, including his name is available in debarred list/debar period, his/her candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained.
