Diploma Polytechnic 2014 Candidates invited for Counselling and Counselling Schedule :
The first round of Counselling for allotment of Disciplines and Institutions for three Year Diploma Polytechnic Programmes will be held at BOPEE office Jammu. All the candidates (who have secured marks in the range of 34 to 124.8 in Diploma Polytechnic Entrance Test-2014 held on 18th of May 2014) interested in exercising their choice of Disciplines and Institutions for Jammu, Leh and Kargil Institutions must attend counselling at J&K BoPEE office 4th Floor, South Block, Bahu Plaza, Jammu as per below given schedule:

Registration time for counselling is from 9:00 A.M to 10:30 A.M.

The candidates must be present personally in the counselling along with Admit Card downloaded by them from BOPEE’s website, all documents in original (including proper certificate for claiming benefit of Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme, a set of attested copies of these documents, and a bank draft of Rs. 1000/= (non refundable) drawn in favaour of FA/CAO, BOPEE. However, in exceptional cases, where due to any unavoidable circumstances the candidate who is not able to attend the counselling personally, he/she may be represented by his/her duly authorized representative withLetter of Authority from the candidate as per the format prescribed in the Diploma Polytechnic Information Brochure 2014 in this behalf.

The latest seat matrix will be displayed at BOPEE office Jammu and BOPEE website during the period of counselling. The counseling for allotment of Discipline and Institution shall be strictly held as enumerated in Information Brochure-2014 Ref. Page No. 27-28 under heading COUNSELLING FOR ALLOTMENT OF DISCIPLINE/INSTITUTION. The allotment of seats shall be made to the candidates on the basis of their Merit/Marks, choice and availability of seat at their time of counselling.

Note: The admission process for candidates who shall be allotted discipline in Private Polytechnics shall take place on spot at BOPEE office Jammu. Therefore, candidates attending the above counselling are advised to come prepared in order to full fill all the formalities like college admission fee, all certificates in original including Marks Card of 10th class, photographs etc. for the admission on spot.

College Authorities are advised to depute their representatives to the BOPEE office Jammu during the above counselling period in order to ensure smooth admission process of the candidates recommended for admission at the BOPEE office Jammu.

These candidates can view their result/Score List (Marks obtained in Entrance Examination, Name, and Percentage etc.) on official website www.jakbopee.org. Candidates are also advised to keep themselves updated regularly with the information given on the official website regarding the counselling and admission process.
