Counseling Schedule for admission to F. Y. B. Sc. (Computer Science) for the A. Y. 2014-2015

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES SEEKING ADMISSION TO F.Y.B.Sc. (Computer Science) (2014-2015) :
1. Name appearing in provisional merit list does not imply admission to the course.

2. Admissions will be done on the counseling basis (table admissions) ACCORDING TO RESERVATION AND MERIT.

3. Invitation for counseling does not imply confirmation of admission.

4. The student’s name will be called according to merit on the day of counseling. If the student is not present with the relevant documents at that time, then it will be understood that the student whose name has been called is not interested in taking admission to the said course.

5. Student coming late for counseling or students not having necessary original documents at the time of admission will not be admitted to the course under any conditions.

6. The students who remain absent for counseling will not have any claim over the seat.

7. The students should remain present in Room No. CS 4 and CS 5 (1st Floor) Department of Computer Science as per the schedule for counseling given below. The process will stop as and when all available seats are full.

8. Admitted student must pay full fees on or before 27th June 2014 by 3.00 pm in Students Hall, near Computer Science Dept. S. P. College. Student should submit a Photo copy of the fee paid challan to Smt. Rucha in the Office of Computer Science Department.

9. Admission of the student automatically stands cancelled if the student fails to fulfill the above mandatory requirement. No further claim can be made for the said seat.

10. Candidates belonging to open category must produce the following original documents at the time of counseling
a. Domicile Certificate
b. HSC Marksheet
c. Original Leaving Certificate

11. Candidates belonging to OBC/SBC/NT(All)/VJNT category must produce the following original documentsat the time of counseling
a. Domicile Certificate
b. HSC Marksheet
c. Original Leaving Certificate
d. Caste Certificate validated by the Govt. Maharashtra, if applicable
e. Caste Validity

12. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category must produce the following original documents at the time of counseling
a. Domicile Certificate
b. HSC Marksheet
c. Original Leaving Certificate
d. Caste Certificate validated by the Govt. Maharashtra, if applicable
e. Caste Validity

13. Other State / Freedom fighter / Active/ Ex-serviceman / Physically Handicapped / Sports quota students must produce the necessary original documents along with Mark sheet and Leaving Certificate at the time of counseling.

14. The students invited for counseling must remain present as per the stipulated time
