ADMISSION TO MBA & MCA - 2014 :
Pursuant to the Government orders ED.36 TEC 2014 dated: 04.03.2014 and ED 36 TEC 2014, Dated 23.05.2014 constituting the Consortium for conduct of PGCET-2014, applications are invited from the eligible Karnataka and Non – Karnataka candidates for admission to 1st year MBA and MCA courses in University Departments and colleges affiliated to various State Universities as notified by the Government of Karnataka for the year 2014-15.

NOTE:
** Admissions to MBA & MCA courses for Government quota will be based only on merit cum roster in the PGCET- 2014 (For Karnataka candidates only).
** Interested Karnataka candidates can as well opt for Management quota seats in the affiliated Colleges of various State Universities of Karnataka.
** Non – Karnataka students are eligible to select only the management quota seats and seats surrendered by the management, if any.

How to Apply :
Step 1: Visit the RCU Belagavi website (www.rcub.ac.in) for online Application Form. Upload the complete filled in Application Form for Admission. Separate Application forms have to be filled in for MBA and MCA.
Step 2: Attach all the relevant scanned certificates, documents and enclosures (please download the brochure for more information about the enclosures required).
Step 3: Candidates have to upload the scanned copy of payment details (RTGS / NEFT) to the filled in Application Form. Application fee is Rs. 800/- for General / OBC and Rs.400/- for SC/ST/ Category 1. The payment details are available in the brochure.
Step 4: Candidates have to download their Hall tickets from the website

NOTE:
** The information/ particulars entered by the candidates in the application form for admission will be deemed as “FINAL” and this will be the basis for further process. No change in any information entered by the candidates will be entertained.
** Those candidates whose results are yet to be announced on the date of Counselling will be permitted to select the seat subject to the condition that, they provide the qualifying examination
** Ranks will be based purely on performance in the PGCET 2014.

Read the Notification and Brochure carefully before filling the Online Application Form.
Select "Online Application Entry" to apply. Fill the details carefully.
Fields marked with * indicates mandatory.
Select the scanned passport size photograph using "browse" button.
Enter the date of birth carefully in dd/mm/yyyy format. Date of birth is used for printing the application form.
After the photo is displayed on screen, Click on "Submit"
Select the "Mode of Payment" before Submission.
Upon submission, application number will be generated. Note down the application number for future correspondance.
Click on "Print Challan" button to take the printout of the challan.
Make the payment in the bank and enter the Challan details in "Update Challan Details" option.
After the challan details are updated, Application can be printed using "Print Application form" option.

Submit the printed copy of Application Form along with Bank challan of "PGCET Cell Copy" and relavent documents mentioned in the brochure if any to
