    Designation Trainer / Sr.Trainer

    Job Description To identify all training needs of employees and develop training plans.
    Design of the training activity (content creation, mode of delivery etc.)
    Training administration activities like budgeting, coordination and MIS
    Monitoring the training function and taking corrective actions wherever required.
    Acting as a mentor to the other trainers and grooming trainers.
    Give training to employees at team member level.
    Responsible for the coordination of the day to day activities.
    Preparation of MIS reports.
    Assist the L&D Manager in preparing training calendars and course content.
    To circulate information on new training packages to all employees.

    Desired Profile with 2 to 6 years of experience in training, good in communication,excellant presentation skills, preferable experience in retail.
