Job Description
Position: Behavioral Trainer ( Sr. Officer/ Asst. Manager Level)
Location: Greater Noida
- Maintaining Training MIS as per ISO guidelines/ performance measures defined.
- Getting TNI/ analyzing the same and preparing training calendar in line with the organizational objectives
- Measuring effectiveness both immediate and in long term
- Preparation / content development of modules
- Imparting training ( not limited to behavioral/ soft skills/ team building/ leadership developments)
Desired Candidate Profile
* Should have training delivery experience (on behavioral/ leadership/team building)
* Should be clear with concepts and fundamentals of Behavioral/ learning patterns/ leadership/ team building programmes/ measuring effectiveness models/NLP etc.
* Should be aware of and should have handled entire training function from need identification to measuring effectiveness.
Should have a good acamedic background with strong acumen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Joining Formalities :
- All staff level recruitment through job portal(Naukri .com)
- Active participation in campus Recruitment.
- Posting jobs on Job Portal and short listing the candidates based on the job profiles.
- Discussing the Short listed profiles with respective HODs after preliminary screening.
- Coordinating with short listed candidates and organizing interview.
- Responsible for providing the offer letter and Appointment letters to the new Joiners.
- Completing the Joining formalities.
- Arranging the corporate salary account for new employees with bank and co-ordination for welcome Kit, Debit Cards etc.
Induction Management :
- Shooting mail to all Employer & Employees in the organization regarding new employee joining.
- Introduction of new Joinee to all the departments' employees and employer.
- Induction & Orientation of New Joinee.
Training & Development
- Determine of training need of employees through skill gap analysis.
- Pre & post Training Evaluation and accordingly preparing annual training calendar & Organizing Training Schedules.
- Obtaining trainees feedback for determine the effectiveness of training programmes & carrying out modifications if necessary.
- Developing internal faculties for conducting in house training programmes for cost effectiveness as well enhancing skill levels.
Employee’s Data Base :
- Responsible for data updated about all employees through personal file and MIS access related Human Resource Information System.
Time Office Management :-
- To maintain the leave record of employees.
- Feeding the daily attendance in software.
Salary & Compensation Management :
- Intimating the accounts department for providing monthly inputs like deductions, imprests, TDS etc.
- Consolidating accounts inputs with HR inputs like joinees, resignees, promotions, increments etc.
- Salary processing by inputting the data into software.
- Preparing bank letters and bank transfer sheets and coordinate to get it signed by the authorized signatory.
- Coordination with accounts department regarding funds availability in respective company bank accounts.
- Coordination and regular follow up with bank representatives for proper and timely transfer of salaries.
- Salary slips distribution to employees.
Mediclaim;-
- Liaisoning with insurance agents.
- Ensure timely payment of premiums.
- Follow up with vendors for settlement of claims and other formalities.
Exit Process :-
- Processing full & final statements & settlement
- Processing Experience and relieving letters, and other clearance formalities.
