Job Responsibilities :
Human Resources :
** Manpower Working Planning : to maintain the manpower as per sanctioned strength, Recruitment and Selection.
** Asst in Recruitment Process.
** Discussing and sharing all the HR issues with the management on daily basis
** Handling exit interviews.
** To issue warning letters, show cause notice & charge sheet, circulars, notices etc.
** Handling grievance of employees regarding discipline, salary admin & general admin matters
Personnel :
** Liasoning with govt. Departments – PF & ESIC.
** To issue Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Termination Letter.
** Preparation Full & Final Settlement statement.
** Maintaining the records under the industrial laws Factory act 1948, PF & Misc. Prov. act 1952, ESI act 1948,
** Preparation & Submitting the yearly / half yearly return under the The Employee Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provision Act 1952, The Employee State Insurance Corporation Act 1948, The Factory Act 1948,
** Joining formalities -induction with HOD’s & concerned staff, personnel policy, joining report & nomination form etc..
** Generating MIS reports : manpower status, absenteeism, labour contractual bill, welfare compensation – medical benefit, LTA, accidental expenses
Time Office :-
** Supervision of time office system -Manually– records of attendance, leave and overtime.
** Payroll Compensation (Salary and wages).
Administration :
** To ensure general office administration and attendance of personnel.
** To take care of reimbursement claims of personnel, viz proper checking of Travelling, Conveyance, Telephone/Mobile Phone Exp bills etc, ensure control and timely payment of the same after approval of the competent authority.
** To check suppliers’ bills and forward only authorized bills to accounts dept for payment.
** Fire office, Electricity Office, Telephone Exchange, Police Station, Security Admin., Pantry, Housekeeping, Administration & First Aid Facilities etc.
** Account opening for new joinees.

** Maintain Leave Record ( Form-14)
** Prepare the salary/wages & O. T.
** Preparation, Salary breakup, Appointment letter, Experience Letter, Office order.
** Full & Final Settlement.
** Assist In Recruitment Process.
** Prepare the PF challan.
** Employee’s Induction Program & Exit Interview
** Deals with labor Contractor.
