Here, Optical signal is converted in voltage Signal using transimpedance amplifier and is given to microcontroller through ADC.
My Role in Project development :
- Team lead for the production process of the entire product
- Assembling of the PCB’s
- Testing & trouble shooting of assembled PCB’s
- Calibration of final product against a standard reference equipment
- Loading the software into microcontroller of the product using IDE’s.
- Documentation of product including inprocess documents and Preparing test reports etc
- Involved in Testing of product as per the QA specifications defined by the client (BSNL, Reliance etc)
3. Title : “Testing of Hand held Dual Stabilized Light Source”
Description : Dual Stabilized Light source is used to emit the optical power at prescribed power levels. For high data rate Optical Networks installation and maintenance, high speed Optical signal detection systems and Stabilized Laser Light source are used to analyze the optical fiber cable losses.
My Role in Project development :
- Assembling of PCB’s
- Testing & trouble shooting of assembled PCB’s
- Calibration of the product
- Loading the software into the 16-bit microcontroller used in the product.
- Documentation of product including inprocess documents and Preparing test reports etc
- Involved in Testing of product as per the QA specifications defined by the client (BSNL, Reliance etc)
4. Title : “Hand held Variable Optical Attenuator”
Description : Variable Optical Attenuator is a handheld instrument to attenuate the incoming optical signal and is used in optical communications. The device equipped with MEMS based optical attenuator to achieve wide, accurate and stable optical attenuation levels by applying a suitable voltage to the attenuator module..

5. Title : “Optical amplifiers: AMP901 Series”
Description : Optical amplifier is a compact optical fiber amplifier module used in different applications like telecom and cable TV applications. The amplifier consists of an optical gain block for amplifying weak optical signals in the data/video transmission lines by using the Erbium doped fiber amplifier technology.

- Testing and trouble shooting of assembled PCB’s
