Post Graduate/ MBA (HR) - Full time/ Regular.
Additional qualification/ certification in the field of training would be a plus.
Total relevant experience (Soft skills/ Behavioural Training): 2.5 - 4.0 years (Full Time) in BPO/ KPO / Software Company.
Should have regularly facilitated soft skills trainings and conducted follow ups for trainings like - Business Communication (Written, Oral & Presentation), Cultural Sensitivity (US, UK & Germany), and Teambuilding etc.
Should have sound knowledge on working on MS-Office (especially in PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
Should be able to crunch numbers and metrics (MIS/ Reports).
Should be flexible to stretch for long hours (if required).
Should possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Should be a team player.
No Gender preference.
