Job Description
"1. Evaluate/Analyze and identify training needs to meet program
objectives."
2. Designing and developing the training programs.
3. Planning and assessment of training programs.
4. Provide timely feedback on all AR process training.
5. Review and monitor all AR training activities by trainers.
6. Review existing New Hire Certification/re-certification processes frequently and measure effectiveness.
7. Drive design, development and delivery of all ongoing, new-hire, re-training, and other programs and allocating resources required for the same.
8. Research and experiment of new processes/systems to improve training function.
9.Training Feedback Analysis for continual improvement in training function.
10.Preparing TNA and Gap Analysis

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should have In-depth knowledge in US-Healthcare provider process
2. High level of proficiency in the use of MS Excel and Powerpoint.
3. Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Willing to work night shifts as per US time zones between 6 pm to 7 am.
6. Must have atleast 4 years of experience in Training department.
7. Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
8. Should be a graduate from any stream.
