    Job Description
    Learning & Growth
    - Courses are delivered confidently, tailoring style and content to achieve maximum impact
    - Course objectives are set and delegates are actively encouraged to meet required standards
    - Courses are delivered in accordance with the training plans
    - Effective liaison is maintained and positive relationships are established with all parties
    - To get up-skilled in new workshops and to deliver them in a timely manner without compromising on quality and consistency
    - To stay abreast with current training best practices in the corporate environment
    Ensure that a minimum of 5 hrs a week is spent on reading books related to the training profession
    Internal Business systems and processed
    - in a clear and accurate manner and is passed to the Sr. Partner within agreed timescales
    - Knowledge and experiences are shared with colleagues across all states, providing assistance in the overall development of the training function
    - In the event of leading a team, progress of colleagues is monitored and examples of performance are recorded accurately.
    - Advice, guidance and feedback to be provided to participants and team in a constructive manner with emphasis on quality and consistency of performance and delivery
    - Ensure workshops are delivered consistently by all trainers through observation and feedback
    - Plan and utilise resources effectively
    - Progress reviews on performance is undertaken within agreed timescales
    - Ensure that the training plan is adhered to at Identifies, in consultation with the Sr. Partner T&D, training needs for individuals, groups, and/or the organization and create strategies for addressing needs through various learning interventions
    - Analyse the feedback from participants and use it as a learning tool for trainers
    - Motivate trainers to add value to training delivery through innovative ideas
    - Practices/procedures are created, maintained and shared with the team to improve smooth running of the function
    - MI is produced and/or designed all times
    Evaluates and measures effectiveness of management development programs and courses and provides statistical data on the effectiveness of management training program
    Customer
    - Ensure all customer issues are handled sensitively and they receive full consideration. All situations to be resolved effectively retaining training goodwill with the customer
    - Assist the Sr. Partner T&D to develop and implement a quarterly training plan for Training and Development in conjunction with all stakeholders
    - Maintain an effective dialogue with all businesses to ensure that they are benefitted with training to the maximum extent.
    - Understand the requirements of various FLCB’s while developing new modules/workshops to ensure content created is as per their requirement
    - To liaise with various states regarding their requirement of workshops to be delivered and trainers to be up-skilled
    - Ensure all training material/scripts are maintained and updated regularly to include real time situations faced by the participants
    Create and promote a Learning Centre as a tool of learning
    Finance
    - Ensure equipment in training rooms are maintained regularly
    Assist the Sr. Partner T&D manage the Training budget effectively and efficiently and ensure that all costs are controlled within the training & development remit

    - Superior knowledge of adult training needs, training methodologies and active training techniques

    - Proficient in Internet knowledge
    - Advanced level of knowledge in MS Office
    - Must have creative skills for designing effective training material, job aids, online programs and presentations
    - Competent to determine the best training alternative and appropriate delivery method for a fast growing and fast paced business environment
    - Must be able to effectively manage time, projects and resources
    - Should have an eye for detail and be flexible in working environment
    - Should have multi-tasking skills
    - Should be a good motivator for the team
    Must ensure that attrition and team leave percentage is within laid down limits
    Education and Relevant Experience
    - Graduate in any discipline is a minimum. MBA’s preferred.
    - Excellent Training and facilitation skills
    - Proven leadership skills. Ideally 3 years experience of leading in a team environment
    - Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people at all levels
    - Ability to be creative/innovative and think beyond the traditional classroom environment
