Job Description
- Participate in prototype discussions and prototype reviews in order to acquire an understanding of the functionality
- Monitor Change Synergy to analyse Dev and Testing issues to ensure that Dev and Testing continue to understand the intention of R3 designs
- Provide clarification to issues logged on Change Synergy by Dev and Testing through and liaise as necessary with Business Analysts and Product Service Owners where appropriate
- Report to the R3 Design Manager on issues outstanding and ensure that all issues are promptly and comprehensively responded to
- Escalate to Business Analysts and Product Service Owners for resolution where design changes appear to be required
- Review Alpha and System Test scripts and provide input and guidance to ensure that such tests fully and robustly test all features of the solution.
- Apply their clinical knowledge to support the development of business process designs to ensure the solution meets the needs of the NHS;
- Document/review business processes, scenarios, care activities
- Support solution analysts in defining standard business processes and in defining solution services for a particular solution and mapping these to standard business processes and care activities
- Work with the team as a domain expert during requirements analysis stage, defining and comprehensively documenting requirements based on the scope and requirements model. Output is and endorse Work package scope document.
- Ensure product meets requirements by means of Solution Validation:
Validate product against scope; design and business process flow.
Ensure product is usable in a hospital environment
Change request design production and authentication
Issue management for both issues and change requests

- Wide experience in their own clinical field, and with a current professional registration with a professional body.
